Built by an operator, for operators.
Veridian Revenue Partners exists on a simple conviction: software companies get better advice from people who have actually done the job. Our founder, Paul Price, has spent more than fifteen years in SaaS and business management software — carrying a bag, building functions from nothing, and leading teams into the dozens.
Paul Price
Founder, Veridian Revenue Partners
Paul has more than fifteen years in SaaS and business management software, with over a decade of that at The Access Group — one of the largest UK-headquartered business management software providers, serving more than 160,000 organisations across Europe, the US and APAC.
He joined as an Account Manager in 2016. In 2017 he founded the Commercial Contracts function from scratch, and over the next six years scaled it from a single desk to a team of 45, building a contract monetisation strategy that grew the excess-use order book from £1.2m to £25m — a twentyfold increase, and the achievement his practice is built on.
From 2023 he served as Director of Compliance, scaling the group-wide compliance programme, before becoming Commercial Director in 2025. There he transformed compliance into “TrueSight” — a full commercial lifecycle programme that delivered 120% net revenue retention and 90% gross revenue retention with a three-year average contract length, leading 30 reports.
In November 2025 he became VP Revenue Excellence, leading 65 direct and indirect reports across revenue operations, GTM operations and the GTM technology stack, overhauling the group’s GTM tech stack and acting as lead visionary for an in-house proprietary AI deal-management system — real-time sentiment analysis, deal-velocity tracking, AI-generated forecasts, automated alerts and in-platform coaching.
He was also the group’s hand on underperformance — deployed at group level to support divisional sales directors when results were off plan — and hosted the weekly business reviews at which divisional MDs and GMs were measured against key metrics and held accountable for how their divisions were run and improved.
Earlier in his career he held enterprise account management roles at OneAdvanced, working across payroll, HR and finance software, and began in new-business sales at Moorepay, where he developed bank referral partnerships with RBS, NatWest and HSBC.

The record behind the advice
Ten years in one software group, in order: from carrying a bag to building the commercial contracts function from one person to forty-five, to running compliance, to leading a revenue organisation of sixty-five. Every engagement is led by someone who has held the role, carried the number and built the function.
Why this matters to you
There is no shortage of consultants who know the theory. Far fewer have done the job in practice — founded the function, hired and led the team, owned the number, and lived with the results.
At Veridian you work with a proven operator, not a theorist. Everything on this site is something Paul has built or run, at scale, with real budget and real consequences.
